LOCATIONS & ROOMING
Welcome to the House!
As is perhaps to be expected of a TV show with a large budget, the house where you’ll be staying is a gorgeous beach-side mansion with a strongly modern aesthetic. Think all shades of white. The walls are white, the furniture is white, the pictures within the white picture frames? Just white on white. To be honest, it’s kind of overbearing. Or maybe it’s just ~high design~.

LOCATIONS
- The Living Room: This is probably where you’ll spend most of your time. The spacious living room has plenty of seating for the contestants, including loveseats, a large couch, and lounge chairs. There's an all-white piano tucked into one corner, just begging to be used to hide a body. There’s a large, fancy TV hanging on the wall where the contestants can watch… other multidimensional game shows? Hey, wait a second. Why are those guys on a dating show and you have to kill each other?
- The Kitchen: A well-stocked, very fancy kitchen. It’s extremely high tech–everything seems to be connected to the wifi, from the refrigerator to the stove to the cabinets, which appear to have fancy displays on them which tell you what’s in the cabinet before you go through the trouble of opening it. Wow! You’re welcome to cook here, if you can figure out how to work the appliances. That said, it doesn’t appear as though the fridge is restocking...
- Dining Room: The Place For Serious Conversations, it seems. A stately, long dining table (white, of course) stands in the middle of a very overbearingly fancy room. There are enough seats for every Contestant in the house to sit at the table at once. Dibs on the head of the table!
- Bedrooms: If you were hoping for color in the bedrooms, you’re going to be sorely disappointed. Each bedroom has four twin-sized beds lined up two and two, a single dresser for everyone to share, and a tiny closet, again for everyone to share. Everything is white, from the bedding to the rug in the middle of the room. Every bedroom looks identical. See below for room assignments.
- The Office: A stiflingly tidy office. There are shelves with weirdly shaped knickknacks on them, unsettling abstract paintings on the wall, and a desk where a computer probably should go.
There is no computer though. Huh! Rummaging through the drawers of the desk reveals office supplies, but nothing else.
- The Library: A relatively large library, full of shelves of books. In the center of the room are some comfortable couches and things to sit and read. There is a ladder attached to each wall of bookshelves to allow you to reach the top shelves, and the books are all modern circa 2026, but there is only fiction--no non-fiction to be found.
- Cleaning Room: A small room with a washing machine and dryer as well as various other cleaning supplies and laundry baskets. As of Week 2 — Wednesday: the washing machine is broken.
- Production Room: Near the entrance of the House, there is a door that’s simply labeled Production Room. It appears to be locked. Sometimes, you can see the Host go into it.
- Basement: There are also stairs that lead down, with a door at the bottom of them. That door is also locked, though... hm... it seems the doorknob is a bit more wobbly than the Production Room’s.
As of Week 2 — Wednesday, the basement is now accessible. After Princess, Minato and Axel broke in, the door has remained open. Accessing the basement is moderately dangerous--this means the characters will walk away from the experience with a moderate injury (such as: deep but not life theatening lacerations, bruised ribs, a stab wound in a hand or foot, etc). It'll be up to you what sort of injury they'll end up with, but they won't walk away unscathed.
The basement is very dark, and also very accidentally hazardous; it's really obvious that this is not a place that is intended for anyone to be walking around in.
This is where the injuries will come in! The floor is rotted wood over a deeper dug pit, so it's possible for the floor to fall out from under you. There are poorly stored piles of old wood and construction materials that may fall on top of you, exposed nails you might step on, etc etc etc. It's not a nice place! It's a grody unfinished basement that seems like it hasn't been touched in years.
That said, if they keep poking around, they'll find that when they turn the corner, there are... a handful of models of old robots. They look a lot like PB! In fact, they look almost exactly like PB. Maybe just older models, and the suit varies from robot to robot, but they are otherwise very similar. These ones are flopped against the wall, unmoving. Some of them are missing limbs, some of them have dried blood on the suit, and in general they're a bit of a mess.
The oldest models have a lot of dust on them, whereas the ones that look closest to PB have just a fine layer of dust. It's hard to say how many robots there are; it looks like some of them have been taken apart, with piles of old arms and legs and things in a pile.
Outside
Outside of the House, there is plenty of space to touch grass, too, never fear! From the sliding glass door that leads to the “backyard”, there are cute cobblestone paths (white) that split off into two directions.
- The Pool: the path to the right leads to the pool. Wow! It’s a very nice pool. There is also a hot tub.
- The Gardens: The path to the left leads to the gardens. Finally, there is a dash of color here. There are plants growing in all sorts of colors. There may even be some from your home represented here. Wait, isn’t that flower poisonous?
- The Beach: There is also the beach, of course! You can hear the waves from your room, and it is clearly within walking distance. But you can’t access it, it seems. Yet.
